Invitation to Join the Division for Physics of Fundamental Interactions of the Polish Physical Society

Dear Madam/Sir,

On behalf of the Board of the Division for Physics of Fundamental Interactions (SFOF) of the Polish Physical Society (PTF), we cordially invite you to join our Section and to take an active part in its activities.

SFOF brings together researchers working in the physics of particles and fundamental interactions, creating a forum for the exchange of ideas, scientific collaboration, and joint initiatives aimed at advancing this field in Poland. Our goal is to strengthen the scientific community associated with this area of research by expanding the SFOF membership and ensuring better representation from various research centres and groups. A strong Section offers real opportunities for more effective action: from supporting scientific initiatives, through organizing symposia and conferences, to representing our community in contacts with science-funding institutions, companies, and local as well as national authorities.

We are particularly keen to engage younger colleagues, including students, PhD candidates, and early-career researchers. We wish to encourage them to participate actively in the community, in science outreach, and contribute to the co-creation of scientific events. At the same time, we invite independent researchers — habilitation holders and professors — whose experience and activity are crucial for the development of the Section and of research in the physics of particles and fundamental interactions in Poland.

We would be very grateful if you would consider joining the Polish Physical Society and the Division for Physics of Fundamental Interactions, and if you would pass on our invitation to colleagues who might be interested in becoming members of the SFOF PTF.

We look forward to a positive response from the community and to joint efforts in the development of particle physics and fundamental interactions in Poland.
