Nobel Lectures

 

The editors of the journal Postępy Fizyki (PF) inform that on March 28, 2019, the Polish Physical Society concluded an agreement with the PRO-PHYSICA Foundation regarding the Foundation's financing of translations of lectures by Nobel Prize winners in physics published in Postępy Fizyki.

In the issue 2/2019, translations of two lectures by the Nobel Prize winners from 2013 were published:

 

  • Peter Higgs Evading the Goldstone Theorem,

  • François Englert The BEH Mechanism and its Scalar Boson .

Thanks to the funds of the PRO-PHYSICA Foundation, translations of other Nobel Prize lectures in physics will be published in subsequent issues of PF.
